1: How is my order shipped? How long will it be before I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within the next business day after receipt. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive at their destination within 5 to 7 business days from the day the order is placed. Additional time should be allowed for shipments to US Territories, APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries are generally not made on weekends or holidays, and extra time should be allowed during holidays.

2: How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling is $5.95 for one unit of ID Vault, $9.95 for two ID Vaults on the same order, and a flat rate of $13.50 for 3 or more ID Vaults on the same order.

3: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
No. Since ID Vault works with financial institutions that have operations in the United States, we ship only to addresses in the United States and its Territories. We do not ship to any other international locations at this time.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do ship to Military APO/FPO addresses; please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Yes, Guard ID Systems wants you to shop online with confidence. Our site is protected by SSL encryption and other industry standard technologies to protect your personal information and your identity.

8: I want to return my purchase. What do I do?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not satisfied with ID Vault for any reason, you may return or exchange the product within 60 days of purchase.
If you purchased your ID Vault from a retailer or online, please refer to that retailer or Web site's return policy and request your refund/exchange from them.
If you purchased your ID Vault directly from Guard ID Systems or IDVault.com, you must return the complete product to us in its original packaging with all the original contents (e.g. ID Vault USB token, ID Vault software CD, User Guide, and Quick Start Guide). Please include a copy of your purchase receipt along with a separate piece of paper stating the reason for your return or exchange. Send all items to: ID Vault Returns, Guard ID Systems, 1900 S. Norfolk Street, San Mateo, CA 94403.
We will credit you for the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling, upon receipt of the product and purchase receipt. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or exchange.
