The first twelve months of the ID Vault Service are free with the purchase of ID Vault. After the first twelve months, you must renew your ID Vault Service subscription in order to continue to receive the following benefits:
  • Uninterrupted access to the ID Vault Trusted Network of more than 7,500 financial and shopping sites. We constantly monitor the ID Vault Trusted Network to verify the legitimate IP addresses and validate the sign-in protocols for each site, every day. This is the only way to guarantee that you will be safe from phishing and pharming attacks, which are contantly growing in sophistication and number. As IP addresses and sign-in protocols change frequently, our Trusted Network team works daily to ensure that the ID Vault Trusted Network is current, so that your protection against phishing, pharming, and other online threats is guaranteed. In addition, a current subscription gives you access to new sites as they are added to the ID Vault Trusted Network.
  • Access to all protection updates. An active subscription means you will receive all security protection updates to ensure you are protected from the latest identity theft and online fraud schemes.
  • Access to free ID Vault software enhancements for as long as your subscription is active.
  • Coverage under the Guard ID Systems $1,000,000 guarantee for as long as your subscription is active. If, while you are an ID Vault customers, someone steals your financial account credentials and subsequently uses those credentials to access your online financial accounts and steal money from you, we will reimburse you for any and all amounts stolen from you, up to a maximum of $1 million. For complete details of our guarantee, please visit www.guardid.com/guarantee.
After the initial twelve-month period, the cost to continue your subscription to the ID Vault Service is $39.95/year.

If you choose not to renew your subscription to the ID Vault Service, you will no longer be able to use ID Vault to access financial institutions in the ID Vault Trusted Network. And of course, our guarantee no longer applies because you would no longer be protected by the hardened security that ID Vault offers when you bank, shop and invest online. You will, however, still be able to use ID Vault to access your non-financial accounts, such as email accounts. And, of course, you can always access your financial accounts the standard way, without ID Vault, but you will be at much greater risk of online identity theft and fraud.
